BURNT CLOTHING CO. – GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS

(Valid for Instagram & Facebook Promotions – 2025)

1. Promoter

The promoter is Burnt Clothing Co., Australia (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

  • Entrants must be Australian residents only.
  • Entrants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
  • Employees, family members, or contractors directly associated with Burnt Clothing Co. are not eligible to enter.
  • Entrants must hold a valid Instagram or Facebook account (depending on the platform used to enter).

3. Promotion Period

The Giveaway runs from:
Friday 28th November 2025 at 6:30PM AEDT
until
Sunday 7th December 2025 at 6:00PM AEDT.

The winner will be drawn at random and announced on:
Monday 8th December 2025 at 8:00PM AEDT
and contacted via Direct Message (DM) on the platform they entered on.

4. Prize Details

One (1) winner will be selected for Instagram, and one (1) winner will be selected for Facebook.
Each winner will receive one (1) prize pack valued at RRP $175.95, containing:

  • Choice of 1 x BURNT Clothing Co. t-shirt (RRP $35)
  • Choice of 1 x BURNT Clothing Co. hoodie (RRP $69)
  • Choice of 1 x BURNT Clothing Co. cap (trucker or YP Snapback) (RRP $29.95)
  • 1 x BURNT Clothing Co. tank top (RRP $32)
  • 1 x BURNT Clothing Co. tote bag (RRP $10)

Total RRP per prize pack: $175.95.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

5. How to Enter – Instagram Giveaway

To enter the Instagram giveaway, users must:

  1. Follow the official Instagram page @burntclothingcoaus
  2. Like the giveaway post
  3. Repost the giveaway post to their Instagram Story (public account or visible screenshot for private accounts)
  4. Tag a mate in the comments (multiple tags allowed; each tag counts as one entry)

Bonus Entries:

  • Subscribe to the Burnt Clothing Co. mailing list at burntclothingco.com.au (also receives a lucky 17% off first purchase)

6. How to Enter – Facebook Giveaway

To enter the Facebook giveaway, users must:

  1. Like the Burnt Clothing Co. Facebook page @burntclothingco
  2. Like the giveaway post
  3. Comment and tag a mate they would bring on a summer adventure (unlimited entries; each tag counts as one entry)

Bonus Entries:

  • Subscribe to the Burnt Clothing Co. mailing list at burntclothingco.com.au (also receives a lucky 17% off first purchase)

7. Winner Selection

  • Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotion Period.
  • Winners will be contacted via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram or Facebook, depending on their entry platform.
  • If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

8. Verification

The Promoter may request proof of:

  • Identity
  • Age
  • Residency
  • Mailing list signup (if used for bonus entries)

If verification is not provided, the entrant may be disqualified.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected during this competition will only be used to:

  • Administer the giveaway
  • Contact winners
  • Provide bonus mailing list benefits (optional entry)

Entrant data will not be sold or shared outside these purposes.
