Q: What’s BURNT all about?
A: BURNT CLOTHING CO. isn’t just another clothing label—it’s a movement forged in the raw energy of surf, gym, and motorsport culture. Inspired by the ocean’s rhythm, the grind of heavy iron, and the roar of engines, our brand was created for those who live fast, train hard, and chase every adrenaline-fueled moment.

Q: Who designs your stuff?
A: Us. Australian. In-house. No cookie-cutter graphics or cheap knockoffs. 100% original BURNT.

Products & Quality

Q: What products do you carry?

A: Our core range consists of hoodies, tees and hats.  The range is constantly changing and updating so if you have an idea then send it to hello@burntclothingco.com.au or DM us on the socials.

Q: What kind of gear do you use?
A:  We tend to roll with the seasons, but our t-shirt range move between soft style 153GSM and 180GSM mid weight. Our hoodies are 271GSM classic fit. Check the product description prior to purchasing as these are always up to date. Quality first, always.

Q: What the hell is DTF printing?
A: DTF = Direct To Film. It’s next-level heat press tech that makes your designs pop. Vibrant, tough, and built to survive every wash, ride, and rep without cracking or fading. All our prints are designed, printed and pressed right here in Australia. 

Q: Will the print last?
A: Hell yeah—if you treat it right. Follow the wash rules and your gear will outlast your workouts, surf sessions, and late-night benders.

Fit & Sizing

Q: How do I know my size?
A: Simple — hit up our Size Guide. We keep it true-to-size, but if you want that loose streetwear look, size up and own it.

Q: Is your range unisex?
A: Yep. Streetwear doesn’t care what you identify as—our gear is made for everyone.

Orders & Shipping

Q: When will my order land?
A: Orders ship within 2–5 business days, then it’s on the courier. We are only a small warehouse so on the odd occasion we are out of stock of a particular size, we will be in your inbox with some options.

Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: Damn right. Streetwear has no borders.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Always. We’ll hit you with a tracking number the second your gear leaves HQ.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I swap for a different size?
A: If we’ve got it in stock, we’ll make it happen. Shoot us an email and we’ll set it up.

Garment Care

Q: How do I keep my gear fresh?
A: Treat it like a legend:

• Cold wash, inside out
• No bleach, no softener—keep it raw
• Air dry or low tumble
• And never iron the print (seriously, don’t)

Other Stuff

Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: We’re focused on building BURNT drops, not printing your grandma’s cat photo. That said—collabs and bulk orders? Hit us up.

Q: How often do you drop new gear?
A: Regularly. But when it’s gone, it’s gone. Follow us on Insta/TikTok and don’t sleep on the drops.
