Q: What’s BURNT all about?
A: Burnt Clothing Co. is independent Australian streetwear built around surf, training, and motorsport culture. Every piece is designed for people who train hard, chase adrenaline, and live outside the ordinary. Small runs. No mass production. No shortcuts.

Q: Who designs your gear?
A: Everything is designed in-house in Australia. No templates, no stock artwork, no copied designs. What you see here is 100% original Burnt.

Q: Where is Burnt Clothing Co. made?
A: All Burnt designs are designed, printed and hand-pressed in Australia.


Products & Quality

Q: What products do you sell?
A: Our core range includes hoodies, tees, tanks and caps.
We release designs in small runs, so the range evolves constantly.

Q: What blanks and materials do you use?
A: We rotate blanks depending on the design and season. Most tees are either:

153 GSM soft-style cotton
180 GSM mid-weight cotton

Our hoodies are typically 271 GSM classic fit fleece.
Each product page always lists the exact garment used.

Quality always comes first.

Q: What is DTF printing?
A: DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a modern heat-press method that produces sharp, vibrant prints with excellent durability.
All Burnt designs are designed, printed and hand-pressed in Australia.

Q: Will the print last?
A: Yes. DTF prints are designed to handle regular wear and washing.
Follow the care instructions and the print will stay strong for the life of the garment.


Fit & Sizing

Q: How do I choose the right size?
A: Check the Size Guide on each product page.
Most garments fit true to size. If you prefer a looser streetwear fit, consider sizing up.

Q: Is the range unisex?
A: Yes. Our garments are designed with a unisex streetwear fit.


Orders & Shipping

Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders usually ship within 2–5 business days.
As a small independent brand, we occasionally restock certain sizes. If there’s ever a delay, we’ll contact you directly.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Burnt ships worldwide.

Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. You’ll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.


Returns & Exchanges

Q: Can I exchange for a different size?
A: If the size you need is in stock, we’re happy to help.

Garment Care

Q: How should I wash my Burnt gear?

To keep your gear looking its best:

Wash cold and inside out
Do not bleach or use fabric softener
Air dry or tumble dry low
Do not iron over the print


Other Questions

Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: Our focus is producing Burnt releases, not one-off prints.
However, we do consider collaborations and bulk orders.

Q: How often do you release new designs?
A: New designs drop regularly in limited runs.
When a design sells out, it may not return.
