Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Burnt gear.

Each piece is designed, printed and hand-pressed to order in Australia, so your item is made specifically for you once your order is placed.

If something isn’t quite right, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Because each item is made to order, we recommend checking our size guides carefully before purchasing to ensure the best fit.


Change of mind returns

Items must be:

• unworn
• unwashed
• in original condition
• with original tags attached

Approved returns will be issued as store credit or exchange.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns must be requested before sending items back.


Sale items

Sale items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.


Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us and we’ll arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
