    We’ll recommend the right garments, confirm print locations and give you a clear price before anything moves forward.

  • 03. ARTWORK APPROVAL

    You’ll receive a digital proof showing placement and sizing before we print a single piece.

  • 04. WE MAKE YOUR GEAR

    Once approved, we produce the order locally and organise pickup or Australia-wide delivery.

WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER?

Our custom-order pricing is built around orders of 10 garments or more. Smaller job? No problem - send us an email on hello@burntclothingco.com.au and we can discuss.

HOW MUCH DOES CUSTOM APPAREL COST?

Pricing depends on the garment, quantity, artwork and print locations. Send us the details and we’ll provide a clear quote before anything moves forward.

WHAT ARTWORK DO YOU NEED?

Vector artwork is ideal, but don’t stress if that means nothing to you. Send us what you have and we’ll let you know what’s usable.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE PRINT-READY ARTWORK?

No problem. Send us what you have and we’ll let you know what’s usable.

Print-ready artwork is checked at no extra charge. If your job requires artwork creation, logo rebuilding or substantial design changes, artwork is charged at $75 per hour, with a 30-minute minimum and then billed in 15-minute increments.

We’ll tell you what’s required and get your approval before any chargeable artwork work begins.

CAN WE MIX SIZES?

Absolutely. You can mix sizes across the order to suit your team, crew or customers.

CAN WE MIX TEES AND HOODIES?

Yes. Mixed garment orders are welcome. We’ll help work out the best combination for the job.

WILL I SEE THE DESIGN BEFORE YOU PRINT?

Yes. You’ll receive a digital proof showing artwork placement and sizing before production starts.

HOW LONG DO CUSTOM ORDERS TAKE?

Turnaround depends on the garments, quantity and artwork. If you have a required date, include it in your enquiry and we’ll confirm what’s realistic before you commit.

DO YOU DELIVER AUSTRALIA-WIDE?

Yes. Custom orders can be shipped Australia-wide at your cost, or local pickup or delivery can be arranged where appropriate.

CAN WE REORDER LATER?

Yes. We keep the important production details from completed jobs so repeat orders are much easier.
