Everything at Burnt is pressed to order in Australia.
No mass production. No mass warehouse. Your piece gets made when you order it.
Processing
Orders are typically pressed and dispatched within 2–3 business days.
We’re a small operation, not a factory.
At times (travel, drops, busy periods), processing may extend to 5–7 business days.
We don’t rush it. We do it properly.
Australia Shipping
- Free shipping Australia-wide
- Delivery: 2–6 business days after dispatch (location dependent)
New Zealand & International
Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Estimated delivery:
- New Zealand: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–15+ business days
Customs and carrier delays can happen. Once it leaves us, it’s in their hands.
Tracking
You’ll get a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
Delays
Every piece is made to order. That’s the trade-off.
During launches, sales, or limited runs, things can take a little longer.
If there’s a meaningful delay, we’ll let you know.
