Terms of Service – Burnt Clothing Co.

This site is run by Burnt Clothing Co. By using it or placing an order, you’re agreeing to the terms below. If something here doesn’t sit right, don’t use the site.

1. Use of This Site

You agree to use this site for its intended purpose only.

No misuse. No funny business.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

2. Orders & Product Info

All products are subject to availability.

We do our best to display products accurately, but:

  • Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen
  • Placement and scale may vary slightly due to our pressed-to-order process

That’s part of the deal when it’s not mass produced.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to:

  • Change pricing at any time
  • Cancel or refuse orders if something looks off (pricing errors, suspected fraud, etc.)

If we cancel your order, you’ll be refunded in full.

4. Shipping

Shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Once your order leaves us, it’s in the hands of the carrier.
We’re not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers or customs.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are handled in line with our Returns Policy.

Change of mind returns are accepted within the stated timeframe, provided items are unworn and in original condition.

This doesn’t override your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

6. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site belongs to Burnt Clothing Co.

That includes:

  • Designs
  • Graphics
  • Logos
  • Content

Don’t copy it, use it, or reproduce it without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Burnt Clothing Co. isn’t liable for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from:

  • Use of this site
  • Purchase of our products
  • Delays or disruptions outside our control

Nothing here excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms at any time.

If we do, the updated version will be posted here.
